We hope this website provides the information you need, whether you are someone with a mental health problem, a friend or relative of someone with problems, or a professional wishing to make a referral.

One in four people in England are affected by common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression at some point in their lives. There is considerable evidence for the use of psychological therapies as an effective treatment for many mental health problems.

What do we provide?

Trent Wirral PTS, an established provider of high quality psychological therapy and mental health services commissioned by NHS Wirral, will provide a flexible, responsive and accessible Primary Care Mental Health Service to all residents within the Wirral NHS Alliance Commissioning Consortium as listed:

Access to the service?

Following a referral by the GP to our service, psychological therapy is delivered within the GP practice setting by highly experienced psychological therapists.
